My back is finally feeling up to sitting at the computer for a bit so I can show you a journal page I made several days ago. It was created from bits of this and that laying around.
A couple clothing tags…tissue paper…sheet music and an image I stamped on an old book page. I used watercolor pencils to give her some color. I didn’t even remember that I had this stamp. She’s just so darned cute.
Alright…that’s it…I’m cashed out. Something about having my arms out in front of me just kills my back. I’m going to have to try a laptop on my lap sometime and see if that is any better.
I really like the use of music paper.

Glad to read you’re making progress…
back stuff is such a pain (literally!) as it affects everything!
Take it easy.
Your colorful pages and that cute girl are super.
Great textures and interest you created with the papers and white paint/gesso

Lovely art journal pages. I think its great that you are using up your bits. Unusual but very effective color choices. Keep smiling and creating. Thanks for popping by.
How in the world did I get SO far behind visiting? I dreamed we talked on the phone a day or so ago, but I’ve not been on the internet much except to post my required challenges and predate a few posts. I’ve been frantically trying to work on Kathy’s AB, which has taken on a life of its own. Showed it to Scott today and he knew more about the Kings and Queens of England than I did. He added things I had no idea he knew. He was shocked I knew so little about history, but this has been a good lesson for me.
OK, this should be YOUR time, not mine. I wish your back was well. I can appreciate the arms reaching for the keyboard. I like the way you made this spread. I’m all about using our leftovers, and yours are so sophisticated. That little girl is a adorable. You are stamping more, I see.
Hope you are feeling better soon.
