Hello and welcome to another edition of T Stands for Tuesday!
Lately when its not frigid or snowing, I’ve been doing a bit of thrift store shopping. Mini-me has gone a few times as well. She has found some really awesome clothes for herself. Me…not so much in the clothing department but I have found some craft supplies and home decor items.
Such as this cute word pillow for the couch. I love it!
I also picked up this lovely red tray and the craft supplies in it. Frankly I don’t know if I’ll use the cards as craft supplies but they were so cute and reminded me of my childhood. They were a must have for me.
Speaking of supplies…I finally finished the tea in this tin! I’ve been wanting to use the tin in my craft room as an organizer. Now if I could just remember my original intention for it. :)
Since today was a workshop day for teachers, Mini-me and I had the day off. Marvin was very confused. He likes routines. He spent the day taking turns following each of us around the house, curiously watching.
BTW–Mini-me did really great in her tournament over the weekend. She once again shot a personal best. A whole 21 points higher than the previous week. And get this…she shot left handed after shooting right handed for over a year.
You can see her shooting left on this side at the most recently…as opposed to right at all previous tournaments. Crazy huh? And yes, Mini-me has almost waist length hair.
Tuesday has work, archery (thrifting time for me) and an evening meeting. It’s going to be a long day!
Great flea market finds-that sounds interesting rooibos pumpkin spice-was it good?
congrats on your daughters archery-good for her-here in Missouri they have archery for a class. Love your kitty he looks so fluffy.
Happy T hugs Kathy
Fabulous finds. I haven’t been to a thrift store in ages, except to drop things off. You found some great items.
I’m a big fan of tins, so this one was really fun. I would make a floral display in it, but using it for craft supplies would probably be a better use. Hope the tea was good.
I recognized Mini immediately, even before you said anything, but I have the advantage of knowing what she looks like. Thanks for sharing your thrift store finds, your pumpkin rooibos, Marvin, and Mini’s archery photos with us for T this Tuesday.
Does she plan to donate her hair again when and if she ever gets it cut?
You got some good buys at the thrift shop, I always enjoy shopping there, too. Congrats to your daughter for doing so well at the tournament. Happy T Day, Valerie
sadly thrift stores are seldom here, i have to wait until flea market weather will come… the tea tin is awesome – i have a weak spot for those! and you shot a wonderful photo of marvin!
Great mix of craft projects and photos. I love that tin! (I’ll have to search my Trader Joe’s for it.) The cat is beautiful. And it’s always nice to see mini-me. Happy T-Day and Mardi Gras!
I think Tuesday is always long anyhow never mind when you have to add extras to it. Hope yours isn’t too long. Sounds like you have been having some fun in the forever lasting winter. Happy T day.
It looks like you got some good finds in the thrift store. I like to look in them when we get to town and pick up a bargain, usually for me its books.
Well done to your daughter and her improving scores, you must be so proud of her achievements.
Happy T day wishes.

You found some great finds at the Thrift Store, I’m loving that “Home” cushion ?. I love your tea tin, the orange colour is so cheery as is the fabulous pumpkin teapot pictured on the front! Enjoy the archery, it looks so much fun to watch ?. Wishing you a very happy T Day! J ? x
Congratulations to your daughter! The thrift store finds look like fun. It’s great to find that must-have item :) Happy T Tuesday
Amazing Thrift Store founds Halle! Gorgeous. I was at our local one this morning and made some good founds as well… I love the sustainability this stores provide!
Enjoy the archery, congrats to your daughter!
Happy T-Day
Sweet kittie! I purchase things just because. I am trying to get out of that mode because I need to downsize not grow my stash! ;)
Happy T Day!
Great thrift store finds, Halle. I love the tea tin. I would use it for my button collection, which is outgrowing the tin the buttons are in now. Awesome picture of befuddled Marvin. He’s a beautiful cat.
Shooting both right and left-handed is very impressive! Kudos to Mini-me.
Happy T-day! Eileen xx
How fun! I love thrift shopping but I have found it is a hit or miss. Some weeks I find nothing and others I find more than I can buy. That home pillow is a great find. And your tea looks so yummy!
Happy Tea Day,
Kate
You got some great bargains there! I love the cushion.
And that tea tin is great. Was that tea nice? I like the tin. It’s orange (Dutch national colour) so that is good in my book.
Congratulations Minime on doing so well at archery. How come she switched from right to left? Is she left handed?
I also noticed her lovely long hair.
Happy T-Day,
Lisca
Great finds at the thrift store! I do love a good rummage around to see what there is, unfortunately hubby does not share my love of Charity shops! Congratulations to Mini-me, I don’t think I could have changed sides! Belated Happy T Day! Chrisx
