I can scarcely believe that I’ve written that many posts!
And even more shocking is the fact that you all are still here reading after all this time.
Especially considering that I’ve been in quite a dry spell lately.
With that said, I’d like to reward one of you for sticking with me by sending you one of my newly created scrap journals.
All you need to do is leave a comment on this post, making sure I have some way to contact you if you are the winner.
I’ll draw the winning name on November 27th.
The winner will have their choice of cover designs.
Easy peasy, right!?!?
I can’t believe it’s been 4 years since I started blogging! I wasn’t sure it was going to be for me but now I can’t image not blogging!
My very first post was on a tiny handmade book that I sent off to North Dakota if memory serves.
I’d like to celebrate by having a giveaway!! Doesn’t that sound like a great idea…
So if you’d like to win this set of 5 blank greeting cards…
Just leave a comment on this post, making sure I have some way to contact you if you win, by 10pm CT on April 17th. I’ll draw a name and post the winner on Monday morning!
Now on with the winners…

- Love your selection of prizes!!!! It was so nice to stay awhile and enjoy a coffee with you. If you get the chance I would love you to visit me downunder (Australia) so I can return the favour. #819 mustlovepaint.blogspot.com
I’m very excited to be participating in OWOH again. This is my 3rd year that I’ve been involved in this world wide event for bloggers, that might not ever cross paths otherwise, to meet up and get to know each other.
This first piece really captures what I love about mixed-media. Paint and old book text with a little bit of vintage textile thrown in for good measure. I used the cover from a book for the substrate as well. Another this you may have noticed about me is that I love flowers. They often appear in my art.
Ah, yes, the 4th giveaway shall be another of my recycling projects.
With that in mind I wanted to give away an orphan cup…thanks mom…and tea from my favorite wellness company.
To that bent…I made this set of patchwork coasters.
And finally a set of super strong magnets…seriously…super strong. I used neodymium (rare Earth) magnets on the backs of these. Any paper you hang it not going anywhere….

If I do not hear back from you within 48 hrs, I’ll be forced to move one and choose another winner.
Please stop by again!
A few weeks ago I entered a Christmas giveaway hosted by mixed-media jewelry artist, Diana Frey. Low and behold…I was actually one of three lucky winners. The UPS man brought me a nice package yesterday afternoon while we were moving tons of snow off the roof and then again off the driveway and sidewalk… JOY. I knew as soon as we got done, that package was waiting..made me work a little faster.
Just look at the bounty that spilled forth from the box…
I had to stand up on my sewing chair to get far enough away to get it all in one photo.
Diana must have known about my love affair with pink or else it was just kismet… Lots of pink fun stuff to use!!
